St. Louis native James Higround has been dazzling audiences for nearly 20 years with an array of performing arts talents. Once a multi-discipline circus artist, he's been blessed to grace some of the largest theater stages with renowned ensembles like the Beggar's Carnivale (STL), Cirque Louis(Louisville) and Circus Scorpious(KC). Now retiring mostly from the physical demands of cirque, he has found fresh inspiration and re-envisioned his showman style to craft intimate displays of emotionally compelling comedy magic. Patrons frequently nudge one another asking "wait, is this guy a comedian or a magician?". To which his fans reply- "Yes".
