About this Event
This 45 minute workout uses Tabata intervals, along with the Aquapole to get a high intensity cardiovascular & strength building experience. Aqua Tabata is appropriate for all fitness levels & is one of the most popular forms of high intensity interval training (HITT). This class consists of eight rounds of exercises in a specific 20-seconds-on, 10-seconds-off interval. No swimming experience needed for this class.
*To purchase a package at a lower rate, register for classes at coastalaquaticfitness.com using the promo code "CAF20". There is no up front cost to purchase a package. We ask that you use your package of classes within 90 days of your 1st class enrollment using the promo code.
