6️⃣ 🎉 Celebrate the 6th year of sake, Roku Shūnen! We are unbelievably proud of this accomplishment and the sake we are producing. We hope you come celebrate with us. Sake brewing is happiness, just enjoy.

Performed at celebratory events in which the lid of the sake barrel is broken open by a wooden mallet and the sake is served to everyone present. We will perform this ceremony at the close of night. Bring your friends, because there is enough sake to go around!
