Excited to announce that the 6th PTTA Asia Conference will be taking place in Panglao, Bohol; one of the many beautiful islands in the Philippines.
Bohol Island ranks among the best destinations in Southeast Asia as few places on earth combine natural beauty with interesting man-made structures so well. One day can be spent trekking through the jungle, spotting some of the world's oldest primates while the next can be spent admiring the island's colonial architecture and the next lazing on a beautiful beach.
Steeped in history, Bohol has a strong sense of identity and culture that is nowhere better reflected than in the architecture and the natural beauty that make up the island's interior. The Chocolate Hills are perhaps the most sought-out attraction, followed a close second by the island's surreal caves and rock formations. Whatever your preference in attractions, Bohol's charm will not fail to seduce you.

The conference will start with the Opening Night in South Palms resort on the 27th of November and last for a total of 10 days / 9 nights. The Closing Ceremony will take place in Amorita Resort on the 5th of December. Following below is an outline of the different packages to choose from. Participants are encouraged to register for the FULL CONFERENCE packages as this will grant them full access to the resort facilities. These packages also include the camp shirt and both the opening and closing ceremonies at the resorts. Those who are not able to attend the full conference have the option to select a la carte the DAY RATE options as desired. Further ADD ON options are available to all as well, like preordering your camp shirt at a more favorable price, reserve your lunch buffet at both resorts for the full conference or attend one of the special dinner nights. DAY RATE: TRAINING ONLY
Per day option for 1 person, includes: Training fee only. Access to the resort facilities (gym, swimming pools, etc) is not included. Registrants must purchase one meal at the resort to gain entry. Bringing in food from outside the compound is not allowed. Camp shirts, Welcome Dinner and Closing Dinner can be purchased through one of the add on options. Please select the total number of days.

ADD ON: CAMP SHIRT
This add-on includes 1 Official Camp Shirt. Please select the total number of shirts.
ADD ON: Opening Night SOUTH PALMS
This add-on includes access to the Opening Night and Welcome Buffet at South Palms Resort on the 27th of November.
ADD-ON: Closing Ceremony AMORITA
This add-on includes access to the Closing Ceremony and Awarding Night Buffet at Amorita Resorts on the 5th of December.
ADD-ON: LUNCH x 8
This add-on includes the daily lunch buffet meals for 1 person at either South Palms or Amorita. The package covers for 8 buffet meals total and is to be consumed between November 28 and December 5.
ADD-ON: PROFESSIONAL VIDEO DOCUMENTATION
This add-on includes access to a complete and professional video documentation of all conference training sessions. Filmed by a professional local film crew and directed and edited by Paulo Rubio. Pre-camp purchases are 50% discounted for Conference Participants, after that participants can still purchase the documentation at a 25% discounted price. The full documentation will be available through the Pekiti University online training platform.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Pricing brackets are organized per TIER. Fees will increase after the Early Bird Registration window and will gradually increase from Standard Rate to Last Minute Registration, At the Door Pay and After-Pay. Prices are subject to change without notice and based on availability of rooms.

TIER 1: Early Bird Window - before May 15 -
TIER 2: Standard Rate - before September 1 + $20.00
TIER 3: Last Minute Registration - before November 27 + $50.00
TIER 4: At The Door - on November 27 + $150.00
TIER 5: Pay After - November 28 onwards + $300.00

CONFERENCE COSTS INCLUDE
Nine nights at the official resort/s. Rooms will be shared with 1-2 persons (2-3 total per room). Private room can be arranged with additional cost.
Breakfast each morning.
Training Fees for 8 full days of training and two half-days (arrival and departure days).

REGISTRATION COSTS WILL NOT INCLUDE
Transport to the Philippines and to the resort from the airport. Contact us to request Airport pick-up and drop-off (additional cost).
Optional day trips like boat trips and island adventures organized by the PTTA.
Travelers insurance, or any liability for property damage, lost or stolen property, or any personal injury that may occur during the conference.
Optional Room upgrades to exclusive beach front and sea view suites. Contact us to upgrade your registration to a private room (solo). Room upgrades are available on a first come first serve basis.

ABOUT THE RESORTS
SOUTH PALMS [November 27 - December 2]
A tropical paradise of fine white sand, crystal clear waters, and swaying palm trees awaits you at South Palms Resort Panglao in the Philippines. Featuring a traditional Filipino ambiance along the waters of Bohol beach, the resort is perfect for holidays, getaways, or Filipino Martial Arts training trips.
Standard registrations will be in a Garden View room, 2-3 pax sharing.
Upgrades available to Beach View rooms, 2 pax sharing.
Solo room upgrades are subject to availability.

AMORITA [December 2 - December 6]
Amorita Resort is 10 minutes away from the newly opened Bohol-Panglao International Airport. Managed by boutique hotel group One-Of Collection, the luxury resort overlooks the azure-colored Bohol Sea and elegantly punctuates the vibrant tropical landscape along Alona Beach.
Standard registrations will be in a Junior Suite, 3 pax sharing.
Double/Couple upgrades and Solo room upgrades will be in a Deluxe Room.

CANCELLATION POLICY
**All cancellations after April 15, 2023 will be assessed a cancellation fee based on the resort's room deposit policy. The training fee portion of registrations are 100% refundable with written notification of cancellation up to October 31, 2023. Cancellation on or after November 1, 2023 will be assessed a 50% penalty of training fees.
