The Puente y Ganas Awards Ceremony is a powerful and heartfelt gathering dedicated to recognizing Sonoma County leaders who are making extraordinary contributions to uplift and advance the Latinx community. These individuals and organizations embody what it means to build bridges (puentes) and bring the will and determination (ganas) needed to drive equity, representation, and progress in our region.This dedicated breakfast ceremony places our award recipients at the very center. We are creating the space and intention to fully honor each honoree’s story, achievements, and leadership — without the distractions of auctions, entertainment, or marketplaces.
The 2026 Puente y Ganas Awards builds on the incredible momentum of past sold-out events, where we gathered over 450 guests and raised more than $50,000 to launch our Access Ticket Fund. This fund continues to create pathways for youth, students, and community members to participate in Los Cien programs and events year-round.
