Both organizations have over 40 years of experience serving those who are at risk of or experiencing homelessness, with the goal of ending homelessness altogether.
Being a part of the Hope and Home Celebration helps to transform the lives of over 4,000 individuals and families in Greater Hartford and Middletown by ensuring they have access to the resources and services needed to deliver hope and support their independence.
