Fostering embodiment, connection and wellness, the Catskill Mountain Yoga Festival invites you to immerse yourself in the transformative power of yoga, mindfulness, nature, and community.Curating a diverse array of classes and workshops, over the course of 3 DAYS! Led by esteemed global instructors and beloved local teachers, our lineup spans from vinyasa, kundalini, yin, ashtanga to aerial, yoga trapeze, paddle board yoga, floating sound baths, acro and inversions, slackline yoga, a trampoline class, breathwork, hiking, plant walks, and more! Close out the day with a FREE sound healing ceremony for pass holders!
