6pm Speakeasy @ Austin Club: a spoken word event in the heart of Ōtautahi's CBD. Coming at you live with a fresh new feature, last Wednesday of every month.

February feature: Ariana Tikao!
Ariana Tikao is a Kāi Tahu artist of the sound and word variety from Ōtautahi Christchurch. She was a 2023 Ursula Bethell Writer in Residence at Canterbury University, and was awarded as a New Zealand Arts Laureate in 2020. She has recently been working on her first poetry collection called ‘Pepeha Portal’ inspired by the stories of local Māori place names.
