LOCATION GATORADE FIELDHOUSE IN HERNANDO RIGHT OFF HWY 55 AND 269-THEN EXIT 1- 1582 GREEN T RD HERNANDO, MSTHE NEW SEASON IS HERE AND WE are READY FOR YOU! THERE IS A $10 BUILDING FEE FOR PLAYERS AND $5 FOR SPECTATORS-Cash will be collected for these and goes towards the rental venue fee. BRING YOUR CHAIR IF YOU WOULD LIKE, BUT NO OUTSIDE FOOD AND DRINKS or RUBBER BOOT (they scuff the floors per venue request) YOU CAN BRING A COOLER FOR ADULT DRINKS ONLY
Here is the link to join ACL for NEW MEMBERS join the new season, if you already have an account you should be able to login in and purchase your membership from the app.
**PLEASE PRE-REGISTER ** THERE WILL BE A $5 WALK-UP REGISTRATION FEE. If you do not have at least a GOLD membership, $10 will be added to each of your events.
Pre-registration will open registration for all 2 weeks before right now platinum members are allowed to sign up.

*There will be a $5 registration fee for walk ups the day of the tournament if you did not pre-register and already have an account. Pre-registration is very important to the players so the brackets will start on time.
Open to all ages and all skill levels
Doors will open and registration will start at 8:30 am
Non ACL members add $10 per event played at the tournament for regional points. Membership is $50 - $100 for the season, DIAMOND/ELITE MEMBERSHIP $500 and feel free to ask any questions.

**NEW REGIONAL LAY OUT FOR TIME** We are going to see how this timeline works out and make any adjustments needed for the next event. If necessary, ETAs (start time)s are subject to change if need be in order to run a smooth tournament. You can compete in multiple events, but they may not be listed at the same time.

*Times can be altered as in starting later or sooner, if need be in order to keep the events running smoothly.
*REFUND POLICY* If you have already registered and paid then have to leave for a family emergency, medical, or death then you will receive a full refund unless we find out that false statements have been made. If you have already registered and paid, but just get tired, ready to leave, or etc, you will only receive a partial refund. The regionals are longer events and there are extra steps that have to be made to go to get the brackets ready for competition.
*Any funds collected for late fees, refund, and etc are used to rent out buildings for our regionals. The large venues are our ultimate goal for the players. I pay most of these out of pocket, but if you or anyone has any questions please come see me, Ashlea, I am an open book. Our goal is for everyone to be on the same page and having a great time.
*Event is inside with 12 BOARDS.
Payouts:
Novice- 55%
Intermediate- 60%
Competitive-65%
Advanced/Open-70%
If a lower level is making more than the higher levels of players then the pots will be combined and split 45/55%. Please come see me for any questions regarding this information.
