Volunteers for set-up, clean-up, and food shops are much appreciated! Express interest via our Contact form on the www.sjvoea.org website. Saturday, July 27 at 9:00 am is Show Grounds Cleanup. 12:00pm potluck Lunch.
THE TRACTOR SHOW: The show is August 2-4. Be sure to register your display at the registration booth. Remember to block your tractors’ wheels.

**To reserve a vendor spot in advance, your fee must be RECEIVED 8 days before the show. The fee will be $25 for reservations. Except the fee at the gate for vendors NOT reserving a spot will be $30. The fees are $25 or $30 for no matter how long you’ll be at the show. Be sure to identify the place you wish to reserve.

VENDERS need to set-up in the flea market area that will be marked off.
EXHIBITORS can set-up as usual. An EXHIBITOR cannot sell anything.
SHOW TRACTOR CARAVAN: August 1 Call Todd Allen (269) 680-9022
Must be at club’s showgrounds at 8:00am for drivers meeting. Your tractor must be able to go minimum 10 mph. It’s an all day tractor ride with lunch (12:00-ish) in Decatur at Hard Times & ice cream in Marcellus on way back. Tip, make sure you have enough fuel for the trip.
FOOD SHOP: Irene Palmer heads the food shop for the show. Please plan to help out even if for just a few hours. Call her at 269-535-4737.
*REGISTER your display at the registration booth, located near the food shop. There will be a display of tractors at the St. Joseph County Fair in SEPTEMBER. If you plan on taking a tractor to the FAIR sign it up at the registration booth during the show.
**FAIR INFO**
The club has voted and will be back at the St. Joseph County Grange Fair this year! We are hoping to have a good turn out of tractors, engines, farm equipment, and active farm equipment displays!
-The fair dates are September 15th-22nd.
-Haul IN will be September 13th and 14th.
-Haul OUT will be Sunday, September 22nd BEFORE 11am and then Monday, September 23rd if you don’t get it out before 11am on September 22nd.
-We will be down in heritage park displayed beside the open class tractors.
**If you wish to be displayed with the club, and under our insurance you need to be a REGISTERED MEMBER AND EXHIBIT your tractor or item at our SHOW in August.
