A relaxed, enjoyable walking group designed for adults ages 60 and up who want to stay active, social, and connected. Participants walk at a comfortable, conversational pace while enjoying fresh air, light exercise, and the opportunity to meet new friends. This welcoming group focuses on wellness, community, and having fun together, no pressure, no experience needed.
