60 Minute Sonic Sanctuary: A Pampering Sound Healing Experience
Immerse yourself in a deeply restorative experience where sound and vibration meet warmth and intention. This audible and vibrational sound healing treatment features heated Himalayan bowls and weighted tuning forks applied directly to the body, creating gentle, resonant vibrations that harmonize the nervous system, release tension, and promote profound relaxation. The bowls remain stationary for parts, but are used predominantly throughout the session by activating them and gliding the vibrating bowl along the front and/or back bodies.
The warmth of the bowls penetrates muscles and tissues, enhancing circulation and fostering a sense of grounded comfort, while the tuning forks target specific energy centers and areas of physical or emotional tension, bringing clarity, balance, and alignment. These treatments have been shown to promote the body's production of nitric oxide which helps induce calm & regeneration at a cellular level, soothes pain & inflammation, opens up the entire vascular system, eases hypertension, enhances oxygen delivery, and improves sexual function.
Hot stones and sandbags may also be utilized.
