60 Minute Slow Flow Yoga & Sound Bath Savasana with JoanneUnwind and rejuvenate with a slow flow yoga practice, where we will focus on slow, deliberate poses allowing you to connect with your breath and release tension in body and mind. This practice will end with a sound bath savasana to leave you refreshed and balanced.
No experience is required. All levels class.
Joanne is a dedicated and passionate 700-hour certified yoga teacher & sound healing practitioner. Embark on a transformative journey that extends beyond the physical practice of yoga.
Through her fun and empowering teaching style, Joanne encourages you to believe in your own limitless potential, embracing the philosophy that anything is possible when you set your intention and dedicate yourself to the practice.

This session includes use of a yoga mat, bolster, blocks, & yoga strap. Bring your own mat, props, & comfort items tho', especially if you have particular needs....and don't forget hydration. 💦
