About this Event
You’re Invited! The 60 Day Millionaire Bootcamp is designed to empower aspiring real estate investors with the tools, strategies, and community support needed to achieve financial freedom through multifamily house hacking. In just 60 days, participants gain hands-on experience identifying, analyzing, and pursuing their first 3–4 unit property, while learning directly from seasoned professionals across real estate, finance, law, and construction.
60 Day Millionaire Interest Meeting—held in two sessions (Session 1: 9:00 AM–10:00 AM | Session 2: 10:00 AM –11:00 AM)—offers students, community members, and prospective participants the chance to learn more about the program, meet the Go Fish Village team, and hear directly from alumni about how the bootcamp has transformed their thinking and financial journeys. Attendees will also have the opportunity to hear Joshua Mercer—founder of the program, owner of over 140 rental units, and author of The 60 Day Millionaire—share his millionaire journey and network with fellow attendees and industry professionals.
60 Day Millionaire Pitch Competition - 11:00 AM–1:00 PM. Graduates will showcase their personalized millionaire roadmaps, pitching how they plan to achieve a net worth of $1 million and financial independence using the strategies they’ve learned. Each presentation demonstrates mastery of the house hacking approach while highlighting vision, discipline, and practical execution.
To raise the stakes, the top graduate will be awarded a $1,000 credit toward the purchase of their first multifamily property. Winners will be determined through a combination of audience participation and evaluation from a distinguished panel of judges representing real estate, banking, law, contracting, and property management. Founded by Joshua Mercer, the 60 Day Millionaire Bootcamp is designed for anyone serious about achieving financial freedom through proven buy-and-hold real estate strategies. RSVP is mandatory—this program is for serious, like-minded individuals ready to take action.
