It's been SIX YEARS since that first ever offering of Yin Yoga w/ Sound Healing at our Queen Ann apartment where we stuffed in like sardines into 700 sqft and received our first taste of holding sacred space.
Nat hadn't even started teacher training. I had one singing bowl. Neither of us sang at that time. We didn't "know what we were doing," we just knew that it felt right.
We just showed up. As we were. Knowing that both of these medicines were working an alchemy within us.

As always, you're invited to surrender to a soundscape of ancient vibrations. Simply allowing the sounds to move through you and trusting that in their resonance within your being is deep medicine.
Singing bowls, gong, didgeridoo, light language, bells, chimes... all of our favorite sounds ~ all the sounds that have allied us on our path of healing ~ offered to you with reverence to their existence as a tool for collective expansion.
Bring a yoga mat, eye mask, journal, water ~ whatever you need to lay on the ground for an hour comfortably.
