Join our 6-Week Women’s Self-Defense Course and gain the tools to protect yourself and your loved ones! This empowering program is designed for women of all ages and fitness levels, teaching essential skills to boost your confidence and stay safe. 🌟 This course is on every Saturday from September 12th thru October 17th, 2026 from 10:00am-Noon. You will also get FULL ACCESS to all the Krav Maga and Kickboxing classes throughout the six weeks.
What You’ll Learn:
1. Basic Striking and Combatives 🥊
Learn proper punches, kicks, and other fundamental techniques to defend yourself effectively. Strike with power and precision while building strength and coordination!
2. Choke Defenses 🚨
Learn to prevent and escape dangerous chokeholds from the front, side, or behind, giving you the confidence to react swiftly under pressure.
3. Bear Hug Defenses 🐻
Get out of restrictive bear hugs, whether standing or lifted. Discover techniques to break free and regain control and get to safety.
4. 3rd Party Protection 👩‍👧
Defend not only yourself but also your loved ones! Learn how to intervene and protect others safely in critical situations.
5. Ground Defenses and Assaults 🛡️
Develop life-saving strategies to escape and fight back when taken to the ground, turning the tables on an attacker.
6. Weapon Defenses 🔪
Understand how to defend against knives and other weapons. Practical and effective techniques will prepare you for the unexpected and voilent situations.
7. Situational Awareness 👀
Sharpen your awareness to identify threats before they escalate. Prevention is your first line of defense!
8. Prevention and De-escalation ✋
Learn to defuse conflicts calmly and avoid physical altercations whenever possible.
