About this Event
1) When: Thursday evenings: July 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th and August 6th and 13th.
Beginner Session: 5:00 PM-5:50 PM
Intermediate Session: 6:00 PM-6:50 PM
2) Where: FM Sports in Redmond, WA: 9117 151st Ave NE Redmond, WA 98052
3) What:
- Beginner Session: Pitchers will build a strong foundation on the mound in a fun, supportive environment. Players will work on proper pitching mechanics starting with basic pitching fundamentals, balance and body control, grip development and accuracy.
- Intermediate Session: This session is designed for players who already understand the basics of pitching and are ready to refine their skills and compete with greater consistency. Athletes will focus on advanced throwing mechanics, command and location, pitch sequencing, velocity development, balance and lower-body engagement, and improving mound presence. Coaches will also work on developing secondary pitches.
**All pitchers will be required to bring their own catcher.
MEET YOUR COACHES!
Stephanie Bailey:
Stephanie has served as the Head Fastpitch Coach at Eastlake for nine seasons. During her tenure, the Wolves captured the KingCo Championships in 2018 and 2019, finished second at the WesKing District Tournament in 2019, and advanced to the WIAA State Tournament in both 2018 and 2019. Stephanie was named KingCo Coach of the Year in 2018, 2024, and 2025.
A proud Eastlake High School graduate, Stephanie played for the Wolves from 2005–2008, where she earned First Team All-KingCo Utility player as a sophomore, First Team Shortstop as a junior, and First Team Pitcher as a senior, when she was also named KingCo MVP. In 2008, she was additionally recognized as a First Team All-State pitcher and helped lead Eastlake to the WIAA Fastpitch State Championship.
Stephanie continued her softball career at Western Washington University (2009–2012) as a pitcher and middle infielder. She served as team captain during her junior and senior seasons and earned First Team honors as a pitcher in her senior year. She also still holds the program record for most consecutive scoreless innings pitched.
Kaelani Randle:
Texas Southern University pitcher Kaelani Randle brings high-level competitive experience and a passion for developing young athletes to every lesson. A standout throughout her softball career, Kaelani placed 4th in the state during her 2022 high school season and earned 1st Team All-KingCo Pitcher honors in 2023. In 2024, she competed internationally as a member of the Philippines National Softball Team.
At Texas Southern University, Kaelani was recognized as the team’s Most Improved Player in 2025, and helped lead her team to a 3rd place conference finish in 2026 as a current Division I pitcher.
In addition to her playing accomplishments, Kaelani has over 5 years of experience working with young pitchers through private instruction. She is passionate about helping athletes build confidence, develop strong mechanics, increase velocity and spin, and grow their love for the game in a positive, encouraging environment.
