6 Week Summer Challenge: Routine to Ritual Yoga or Meditation 3 Days a Week for 6 Weeks

Experience the power of a consistent yoga practice and turn your routine into a ritual for life. The True North Summer Yoga Challenge: Routine to Ritual supports your practice in studio and as you travel and enjoy the world!
Practice yoga 3 days a week for 6 weeks beginning June 16th and find out what it feels like to improve physical health while balancing emotions, improve mental acuity and feel more happy. Step up to the challenge and see what a sustainable yoga practice feels like.
Students who complete will be invited to a summer BBQ event where we will give away an Annual Pass, 16 Class Card, 8 Class Card and Lululemon Yoga Mat. It's so much fun and we love finding ways to connect at True North Yoga.
Practice yoga 3 days a week for 6 weeks beginning June 16th and start living life more fully. The best way to to create change is by starting to do something new. Challenge yourself in a positive direction and sign up for the Summer Challenge: Routine to Ritual.
Students can use their class pass to complete the challenge or purchase a Summer Challenge pass for $135. Students can practice yoga in the studio or on your own if traveling.
We will providing more 30 minute yoga and meditation videos when you're unable to come into the studio to take class. Our intention is to encourage students to live yoga this summer and experience all the benefits the practice provides.
