This summer, give yourself one hour a week to completely let go.

The Sunday Sound Bath Series is a six-week journey through the chakra system — using live crystal bowls, gongs, and sound as a vehicle for deep rest, release, and inner reset. No experience needed. No meditation practice required. Just you, the sound, and an hour of genuine stillness in one of Charlotte's most beautiful spaces.

Each session has its own theme and energetic focus, building gently from root to crown across the summer. Come for one. Come for all six. Either way, you will leave feeling different than when you arrived.

This is not background music. This is medicine.

June 7 — Root & Sacral Chakra | Coming Home to Summer Let summer's creative, joyful energy begin to flow. A soft, welcoming beginning — come exactly as you are.

June 14 — Solar Plexus Chakra | Your Inner Fire Reconnect with your authentic power and the quiet confidence that lives at your core.

June 21 — Heart Chakra | The Longest Love — Summer Solstice The longest day of the year. Open to the fullness of love — for others, for life, for yourself. **also included Father's Day Special | The Love That Shaped Us A dedicated session for the father figures in our lives — those beside us, those we've lost, and those we carry in memory.

June 28 — Throat Chakra | Stories Worth Telling Release what's gone unspoken. Exhale what you've been quietly carrying.

July 5 — Third Eye Chakra | Finding Still Water When was the last time you truly trusted yourself? The third eye is the seat of intuition — that quiet inner knowing that gets drowned out by the noise of daily life, the scroll, the news cycle, the opinions of others. This session is an invitation to turn the volume down on all of it and tune back into the one voice that has always known.

July 12 — Crown Chakra | Midsummer Surrender Beyond the noise, something vast and peaceful holds us all. A meditation on trust, unity, and quiet.

By purchasing a ticket to Paint Your Frequency, you agree to the following terms:
Voluntary participation. You understand that Paint Your Frequency is a wellness-oriented creative experience that incorporates sound bath elements and art-making. Participation is entirely voluntary. You may step away or modify your involvement at any time without judgment.
Sound bath awareness. Sound baths involve prolonged exposure to acoustic vibrations including singing bowls, chimes, and tonal instruments. If you have a history of sound sensitivity, hearing conditions, epilepsy, are pregnant, have a pacemaker or other sound-sensitive implanted device, or any condition that may be affected by resonant sound, please consult a healthcare professional before attending and inform the facilitator upon arrival.
Art materials. All painting materials are provided and are non-toxic. If you have known allergies to paints, pigments, or art materials, please contact us in advance. We are not liable for allergic reactions that have not been disclosed prior to the event.
Emotional release. Immersive creative and sound experiences can sometimes evoke strong emotional responses. This is normal and welcomed. However, this event is not a substitute for therapy or clinical mental health support. By attending, you acknowledge this distinction and take personal responsibility for your wellbeing.
Photography & media. The event space may be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. You grant Paint Your Frequency and its organizers the right to use images or video in which you may appear. If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify staff at check-in.
Assumption of risk & release of liability. By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation. You release, waive, and discharge the event organizers, facilitators, venue, and any associated parties from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from your participation in this event.
Refund policy. Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of cancellation by the organizer. Transfers to a future session may be available; please contact us at least 48 hours before the event.
