Sunday Sound Bath Series: June 7 – July 12
Six Sessions through the Chakra System | Root to Crown
Join me for a six-week journey through the chakra system, using live sound — crystal bowls, gongs, drums, and more — as a vehicle for deep rest, energetic clearing, and inner alignment.
Each session is themed to the natural and emotional landscape of the moment, from the opening of summer through its peak and into a place of surrender and trust. The series builds week by week, but every session is complete in itself — drop in for one or come for all six.

June 7 — Root & Sacral Chakra | Coming Home to Summer
Ground your body and let summer's creative, joyful energy begin to flow. A soft, welcoming beginning — come exactly as you are.
June 14 — Solar Plexus Chakra | Inner Fire, True Colors
What do you stand for at your core? Ignite your authentic confidence, independent of the noise outside.
June 21 — Father's Day & Summer Solstice Special -Heart Chakra | The Love That Shaped Us
A session dedicated to the father figures in our lives — those beside us, those far away, and those we carry only in memory and love. Whether your relationship was simple or complicated, joyful or painful, this is a space to feel it all without judgment. Grief and gratitude are both welcome here.
On the longest day of the year, we will open to the fullness of love — for others, for life, for yourself.
June 28 — Throat Chakra | Stories Worth Telling
What words have gone unspoken — to yourself, to others? A space to release, express, and exhale whatever you've been quietly carrying.
July 5 — Third Eye Chakra | Finding Still Water
When the world outside feels turbulent or overwhelming, the most radical act is to go inward. This session takes no sides and offers no opinions on what's happening in the world — only a deep, collective exhale. Whatever you are carrying — grief, anxiety, exhaustion, uncertainty — you are welcome to set it down here. Sound as medicine. Stillness as refuge.
July 12 — Crown Chakra | Midsummer Surrender
Beyond opinion, beyond identity, beyond the personal — something vast and peaceful holds us all. A meditation on trust, unity, and the quiet that lives above the noise.
