BACHATA SERIES #5— 2026
Kick off the new year with movement, music, and connection! Join us for a 6-week Bachata series designed to sharpen your technique, boost your confidence, and help you truly enjoy the dance.
This series meets on Tuesdays from Aug.18th-Sep. 22nd, 2026 at The Dance Place Tulsa.
Class Levels & Times:
Beginner – 6:00 PM

Perfect if you’re new or still building your foundation. Learn timing, basic steps, turns, lead/follow connection, and simple patterns that get you social-dance ready.
Intermediate – 7:00 PM

For experienced dancers ready to level up. We focus on technique, styling, footwork, musicality, partnerwork variations, and more complex combinations.

Who This Is For:
Anyone who wants to grow, have fun, and dance in a supportive community. No partner required!

TERMINOLOGY:

LEADER: The Lead is responsible for guiding the follower into each dance step through various signals.

FOLLOWER: Moves and processes the Lead's guidance.

We have some temporary rules that are expected to be followed and precautions that will be enforced:

1) Due to limited class size: NO WALKS-IN! MUST REGISTER TO ATTEND: ONLINE OR BY PHONE.

2) If you do not feel well, please let us know.
