About this Event
This 6 Week Bootcamp Accountability Program is new & improved and we are taking your accountability to the NEXT level!
We will provide you with 6 days of Bootcamp workouts, a nutrition guide, recipes, weekly challenges, weekly prizes, a private Facebook accountability group, as well as your own personal Sculpt Mode Bootcamp Coach.

You will check in with your Bootcamp Coach via email at the end of every week.
To assure that you stay on track you will choose one class time to attend, Monday - Friday as well as one class time on Saturday. (If something comes up in your schedule and you need to attend a different class time during the week, email [email protected] to see if there is room in another class!)
You have the ability to come to all 6 days of bootcamp workouts in a row, but it is not mandatory.
Your daily class themes will be as follows:
Bootcamp Classes:
Monday's: Total Body Bootcamp
Tuesday's: Upper Body & Cardio Bootcamp
Wednesday's: Leg Day Bootcamp
Thursday's: Upper Body & Cardio Bootcamp
Friday's: Total Body with Booty Focus Bootcamp
Saturday's: Total Body with Core & Back Focus Bootcamp
Sunday: REST
These Bootcamp classes will consist of strength, mobility and cardiovascular training. Your coach will show modifications and progressions during class, therefor MOST fitness levels will be supported!
Please bring a yoga mat or beach towel, tennis shoes and a water bottle to class!
