*Experience a Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement (ATM) Lesson

*Learn & experience ecstatic dance, shake dance, and contact improv dance.

*Learn the value of Zero-Point and always being present with a beginners mind

*Learn and practice tracing your meridians for stronger energy flow

*Experience Qi Gong and intuitively create your own movement practice
