About this Event
Ever wanted to try your hand at the pottery wheel? Then this course is for you! Over 6 weeks you will learn everything you need to know about the fundamentals of wheel throwing! You'll be guided by expert instructors through each stage, from mastering the basics of centring and shaping to finishing with beautiful, glazed pieces. Each week builds on the last, allowing you to grow your skills and creativity. It doesn't matter whether you've used a wheel or never touched clay before - this course will take you through all the basics and intricacies, and, by the end, you'll officially be able to call yourself a potter!
When does the course take place?
The course happens every Wednesday for the next 6 weeks. We offer two slost 11.00-13.30pm and 6:30-9 pm. Please arrive promptly, ready to start throwing at 6:30 pm.
