6 Week Children’s MMA Self Defense Course

This course is designed for both beginners and students with prior experience. It can be a good fit for children already attending group classes and looking for extra structured practice. It can also be done on its own by families who want a set 6-week program without joining regular classes.
Students will train with Warren Stout and Lucas Seibert on Fridays at our Strip District location.

Course: Children’s MMA Self Defense 6 Week Course
Ages: 9 to 14
Start Date: Friday, October 2, 2026
Schedule: Fridays, 6:15 PM to 7:30 PM
Location: Stout PGH Strip District, 1719 Liberty Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15222
Instructors: Warren Stout and Lucas Seibert
Who This Course Is For
This course is designed for both beginners and students with prior experience.
If your child is new to training, they will be taught in a way that helps them learn step by step. If your child already has experience, this course gives them additional mat time, regular instruction, and a structured setting to keep building skills.
This course can work in two ways:
As an add-on to regular group classes
As a stand-alone 6-week program
This course is separate from our 10-day trial. The 10-day trial is for families who want to try regular group classes. This 6-week course is its own program.
Meet the Instructors
Warren Stout
Warren Stout brings years of jiu jitsu and MMA experience to this course. He is a Renzo Gracie black belt, an IBJJF Gi Pan American podium finisher from 2011, and a former amateur MMA competitor with a 3-0 record.
Lucas Seibert
Lucas Seibert is a WVU wrestling alum, a Stout PGH coach and competitor, and a professional MMA fighter with a 7-0 record. He also holds two title belts in two separate organizations.
