Module 2: continue building up your confidence in the water, learn the basic movements underlying the front crawl (the rotation of the body) and breaststroke (the undulating dolphin dive). The course includes preparatory work in the physiotherapy gym, where we will practice in more depth how to fine-tune tension in the body during swimming movements.
Private WARM pool, small group, teaching in English (German translation always possible), hand-on guidance. 3 x 2 hour sessions
