Meet at 6:30am hike at 6:45 hike will be around 7miles. The hike will be fast pace to improve endurance. We will be starting at Kyle seal parkway entrance coordinates will be in the comments. We will hike East towards Babcock it should be around 4 mile in then 2 miles back If needed we can hike a little bit more. Bring plenty of water ☺️Hope to see y’all there.
We will be hiking at 6:45 am to avoid the suns heat as much as possible.
Make sure to bring enough water & electrolytes and some snacks for that extra energy to push threw
