This Heels Class is designed for singles and couples who want to move, feel good, and tap into their sensual side in a fun, welcoming environment. Whether you come with a partner, a friend, or solo, this class creates space to express yourself through movement while building confidence, musicality, and stage presence.

Participants will learn fundamentals of heels technique, body control, and choreography that is clean, flirty, and empowering—never intimidating. Couples will explore chemistry, timing, and connection, while singles will focus on self-expression and owning the room. No prior heels experience is required—just come ready to move and have fun.

This is a 21+ experience curated for grown energy, great music, and a supportive atmosphere. Heels are encouraged but not required. All genders and experience levels are welcome.
