Join us July 22, 2023, in Williamsburg, VA for the 5th Annual Women's Business Symposium meets The Maximized Man Annual Mastermind and Meet-up presented by Inner Peace Coalition, Inc.

Created with today's Small Business in mind, the Women's Business Symposium meets The Maximized Man (WBS-TMM) is a weekend full of excitement. It includes an amazing day of masterminding/panel discussions, powerful speakers and much more! Our event is inclusive and serves a diverse population including men and youth.

Symposium topics include partnering/doing business with the government, business banking, business accounting/finance, business insurance, business legal structure, human resources, health & wellness, marketing, technology, building a winning business team, community and civic engagement, relationship building, collaboration, innovation and so much more.

WBS-TMM is the “Equipment and Demonstrational” movement. Although participants leave feeling empowered and motivated, the ultimate goal of the movement is to EQUIP its participants to DO business. This is achieved by stimulating innovative conversations, fostering community collaborations/relationships, making business connections, providing business and financial education, and equipping participants with tools and resources to start, grow and retain their business.

This year's theme is F.I.R.E - Fostering Innovative Relationships for the Entrepreneur. We are excited to bring the F.I.R.E. to the Williamsburg-James City County area this year!

WBS is the PREMIER event committed to EQUIPPING Small Business Owners of diverse backgrounds with the tools to be successful in business and promises to bring you from conversations to authentic connections!

Registration and attendance at Women's Business Symposium-The Maximized Man Event (WBS-TMM) and other activities constitutes an acknowledgement of the risk of COVID-19. This includes, but is not limited to, possible exposure to COVID-19.

By registering and attending the Event, I agree to follow the venue’s applicable restrictions and policies. I agree to temperature checks and possible COVID-19 testing. While (WBS-TMM) and venue have taken preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19, (WBS-TMM) cannot guarantee that its participants, volunteers, members, or others in attendance will not become infected with COVID-19. I knowingly and freely assume all such risks related to illness, even if arising from the Released parties.

In the event that I do not abide by the restrictions and policies of the venue, and I am asked to leave the Event by the venue, I understand that I will will not be eligible to complete the course. I will be invited to return on another date and time.

I acknowledge that if I am sick, I should not attend the Event. I hereby release and forever discharge (WBS-TMM), affiliated partners, and sponsors, including their directors, officers, employees and volunteers, from any and all claims, losses or demands, including, but not limited to, personal injury and all of the consequences thereof.
