About this Event

Conference Overview

The 5th Annual Statewide Conference on Illegal Dumping seeks to elevate and disseminate best practices for addressing illegal dumping throughout the State of California.

This year's theme of IDCON25 is "Organizing to Address Illegal Dumping", focusing on elevating best practices, such as The Three E's (Education, Eradication, Enforcement)—especially as it relates to cross-sector collaboration, partnerships, community organizing, and regional collaboration. Each day of the Conference will feature a series of speakers and presentations from experts in the field.

The Conference is a hybrid event, with in-person activities in downtown Oakland, CA and also available online via Zoom. More information is available in the Conference Details section below.
