5th Annual Potion Party

Welcome to the 5th annual Potion Party! This year we are bringing it to a whole new level. Your $25 entry includes free drinks, food, live music, prizes for best potion and best costume, and world-class spooky décor - the perfect recipe for the night of a lifetime or deathtime.

Pull together your best costume and prepare for a taste test to die for. Don't miss this world-famous event. You are sure to leave with a story to tell for the rest of your life.

You must RSVP by purchasing a ticket - the earlier the better so we can prepare for the attendance.

Potion Party Game Details - How it works: We will only have 15 teams participating in this year's Potion Party competition. It is first-come, first-serve so please SIGN UP HERE to enter for your chance to win. There is no limit to how many people are on a team. If you do not wish to make a potion, you can absolutely attend as a taste tester/judge!

Potion Team Makers:

• All teams that have selected to compete will be given an alcohol type on 10/18 (in the excel google sheet that you used to sign up) that you will need to purchase for your potion.
• Use your alcohol to stir up the best tasting potion possible and enough for 50 people to have a small taste (think less than a shot glass size). Feel free to mix with other drinks (alcoholic or not) for optimal taste. See excel spreadsheet for winning tips!
• MAKE YOUR POTION IN ADVANCE OF THE PARTY. There will be a small prep station set up for last minute garnishes, but all potions should be made in advance of the party and brought in a container. You can put them in the fridge/coolers, if needed.
• Potions will be graded on three main factors: Taste, Appearance and Presentation.
• The winner of best potion, as decided by all attendees, will win $100 prize.
• Note: All potion teams will also be able to taste & judge all other team's potions. They will also be in the running to win best costume.

The Taste Testers:

• All attendees not participating in the Potion making will be asked to taste test the potions and grade them.
• There will be a scorecard given to you with areas to rank Taste, Appearance & Presentation - your job as a critic is important. If you are not drinking, we still value your opinions on appearance and presentation!
• While you are not going to win the $100 potion prize, you are still eligible to win the best costume prize.

About the Party:

• The party is capped at 50 attendees. We kindly ask that you do not bring non-invited guests or plus one's (unless stated on the invitation) as capacity is limited.
• This year, we are NOT requiring a negative COVID test to attend nor are we checking vaccine status. While the event will be held outdoors and tables will be distanced, please enter at your own risk and do not attend if you are feeling sick.
• The party is outside, so please dress appropriately. There will be a few heaters and blankets onsite.
• This event will happen rain or shine - a tent option is the planned backup.
