5th Annual Polynesian Heritage Awards

The annual Polynesian Heritage Awards was founded in 2018 by Papali'i Manufou Liaiga Anoa'i in hopes of creating a space that highlights, honors and celebrates Polynesian pioneers, trailblazers and leaders in our community who continue to pave paths to success and prosperity for our community here in America, with a focus on our long history of contributions here in the Bay Area.

Our event is a non-profit black-tie formal awards banquet with several award categories that not only celebrate the work that's being done to enhance the lives of our people, but also to promote excellence and maintain and develop quality standards for our people and organizations.

We are proud to share that this event has annually raised funds for programs under Pacific Islander Community Partnership and our partners that serve in the areas of Youth Development, Health & Wellness, Case Management & Restorative Justice, Affordable Housing Efforts, Civic Engagement & Food Insecurity to name a few.

This event is brought to us by Pacific Islander Community Partnership (PICP) Bay Area, who has been serving the Pacific Islander community in the greater Bay Area region since 2009.
