The 5th Annual VyStar Emerald 5K/10K & 1-Mile Fun Run presented by JTC Running is Saturday, September 28, 2024. This year Groundwork has added a new one-mile Fun Run/Walk, perfect for participants of all ages and fitness levels. This is a great way to experience the beautiful LaVilla Link, the first segment of the 30-mile Emerald Trail to be completed, while supporting Groundwork Jacksonville.
The Run Features:
-Timed 5K and 10K run
-Race bag courtesy of VyStar Credit Union
-Commemorative race t-shirt for all participants
-Custom Emerald Trail medal for all 5K/10K finishers
-Awards to top male and female finishers overall and in several age categories
-Post-race activities
Race Begins and Finishes in LaVilla at 633 N. Lee Street
5K Run/Walk & 10K Run Starts at 8 a.m.
1-Mile LaVilla Link Fun Run/Walk Starts at 8:30 a.m.
