Taking place October 10-12, 2025 at Theatre Aquarius's Norman and Louise Haac Studio Theatre. This milestone year features three compelling new works by Indigenous, Black, People of Colour (IBPOC) playwrights, showcasing stories that centre culturally specific voices and challenge theatrical conventions.
The festival presents Brick Lane Bargain by Radha S Menon, Ancestors Soup by Carly Anna Billings and Nbwaachaadaa Nokomis by Danielle Boissoneau. Each work offers audiences an intimate glimpse into diverse cultural experiences while celebrating the power of storytelling as a tool for reclamation and resistance.
Also featuring a special performance of "The Hanging" featuring the Hamilton Aerial Group on Sunday October 12th at 5:00pm
Workshops include: Acting with Anand Rajaram on October 11th, Movement and Dance with Josh Taylor on October 10th and Storytelling with Romeo Candido on October 12th.
