💖 5Rytmowa® magiczna Ceremonia Cacao
🍀 Ceremonia Cacao to oczyszczenie poprzez radość, zabawę, obecność, b(ł)ogostan.
Cacao to święta roślina Majów, używana podczas obrzędów ceremonialnych. Roślina ta uczy nas jak wejść głębiej w nasze serca, umysły i serce Matki Ziemi, by na nowo odkryć prawdziwą uzdrawiającą siłę, która jest w każdym z nas. Będziemy spożywać ok 30-40g specjalnie przygotowanego czystego surowego Cacao.
Będziemy pić “napój bogów” - Cacao i tańczyć. Otworzymy nasze serca dzięki magicznej podróży oraz przetańczymy wspólnie falę 5Rytmów®.
Podczas ceremonii Cacao, wspólnie wypijemy ten święty napój, który otworzy nasze serca i pogłębi nasze doświadczenie ruchu i muzyki. To będzie czas pełen miłości, akceptacji i połączenia, gdzie każdy z nas będzie mógł wyrazić siebie w autentyczny sposób.
✨ 5Rytmów® to praktyka, która uczy nas, jak obudzić ciało i uwolnić umysł. Umysł uspokaja się, kiedy ciało zostaje rozpoznane, zaprzyjaźnione i wytańczone. Kiedy ciało jest w ruchu, staje się czystą energią, przepływem – staje się samym życiem. Poprzez 5 jakości ruchu (Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical i Stillness) dajemy sobie szansę odnalezienia siebie, zrozumienia, bycia Tu i Teraz – z otwartymi sercami i czystymi umysłami. Jeśli wprowadzisz swoje ciało w ruch, dusza sama się uzdrowi. Metoda 5Rytmów® to dynamiczna praktyka ruchu stworzona przez Gabrielle Roth, łącząca w sobie różnorodne tradycje i filozofie z całego świata. Czerpiąc z mądrości tradycji rdzennych, mistycznych, szamańskich oraz wschodnich, 5Rytmów® zawiera również elementy terapii Gestalt i psychologii transpersonalnej. Metoda opiera się na założeniu, że wszystko w naturze, w tym nasze życie, porusza się w rytmie i cyklach.
Warsztat jest otwarty zarówno dla tańczących 5Rytmów® jak i dla nowicjuszy.
WAŻNE INFO:
- w dniu ceremonii czyli przed oraz podczas ceremonii nie spożywamy alkoholu oraz innych środków odurzających.
- jesteś w pełni odpowiedzialny za siebie, swoje potrzeby, uczucia i emocje oraz dbasz o przestrzeń i bezpieczeństwo swoje oraz pozostałych uczestników.
- klarownie komunikujesz innym o swoich potrzebach i granicach.
- 5Rytmów jest wspólnym procesem gdzie pojawiają się emocje, którym towarzyszy płacz, śmiech, krzyk. Bądź autentyczny, wyrażaj się. Wszystkie uczucia i emocje są mile widziane.

- podczas Ceremonii Cacao będziemy spożywać surowe Cacao (z chili, miodem, wanilią i szafranem) - jeśli jesteś uczulony na któryś z składników zgłoś się wcześniej. Jeśli stosujesz leczenie tabletkami psychoaktywnymi - również zgłoś się i skonsultuj z lekarzem czy możesz spożywać stężone surowe Cacao.

Tomasz Szymocha - akredytowany nauczyciel 5Rytmów® i prekursor tanecznych Ceremonii Cacao. Jako pierwszy w Polsce wprowadził ten napój do 5Rytmów®/ świadomego tańca.
Trening nauczycielski skończył w The Moving Center® New York. Od tego czasu aktywnie prowadzi zajęcia i warsztaty 5Rytmów® w Polsce, Niemczech, Izraelu, Hiszpanii. Z zawodu jest aktorem mimem po szkole w Berlinie, gdzie przez wiele lat pracował w teatrze. Nauczał ruchu w Niemczech, Polsce, Włoszech, Francji, Stanach Zjednoczonych i Izraelu. Prowadził zajęcia taneczno-teatralne dla dzieci i młodzieży w Berlinie i Paryżu.
W wieku 25 lat intensywnie medytował przez 2,5 roku w Himalajach.
Od 2011 roku założyciel BioRezydencji w Świeradowie-Zdroju (www.biorezydencja.pl), ekologicznego centrum warsztatowo-rozwojowego. Z zamiłowania jogin, podróżnik, ojciec 5 dzieci, wegetarianin, masażysta Lomi Lomi Nui, ukończył ISTA level 2, miłośnik lasów (zasadził 70 tys drzew).

Cacao ceremony brings purification through joy, fun, presence and bliss. Cacao is a sacred Mayan plant used in ceremonial rites. This plant teaches us how to go deeper into our hearts, minds and the heart of Mother Earth to rediscover the true healing power that is within each of us. We are

We will open our hearts thanks to a magical journey and we will dance together the wave of 5 Rhythms®.
During the Cacao ceremony, we will drink this sacred drink together, which will open our hearts and deepen our experience of movement and music. It will be a time full of love, acceptance, and connection, where each of us will be able to express ourselves in an authentic way.

- before and during the ceremony we do not consume alcohol or other intoxicants. On this day, avoid caffeine, cocoa or other stimulants throughout the day.

- 5 Rhythms is a joint process where emotions appear, accompanied by crying, laughing, screaming. Be authentic, express yourself. All feelings and emotions are welcomed.

- bring a water bottle (preferably glass).
- during the Cacao Ceremony we will eat raw Cacao (with chili, honey, vanilla, safran) - if you are allergic to any of the ingredients, please report in advance. If you are using treatment with psychoactive tablets - also report and consult a doctor whether you can consume concentrated raw Cacao.

Tomasz Szymocha - accredited 5Rhythms® teacher and pioneer of dance Cacao Ceremonies. He was the first in Poland to introduce this drink to 5Rhythms®/conscious dance.
He finished his teacher training in 2016 at The Moving Center® New York. From that time on he has actively run 5Rhythms® classes and workshops in Poland, Germany, Israel and Spain. By profession, he is an actor mime after the school in Berlin, where he worked for many years in the theater. He taught movement in Germany, Poland, Italy, France, the United States and Israel. He conducted dance and theater classes for children and youth in Berlin and Paris. He grew up in Warsaw, where he performed at the Buffo Theater as a mime. In 1987 he emigrated to Berlin. At the age of 25, he intensively meditated for 2.5 years in the Himalayas. From 2011, the founder of the BioRezydencja in Świeradów-Zdrój (www.biorezydencja.pl), an ecological personal growth and workshop centre. Passionate traveler, father of 5 children, vegetarian, Lomi Lomi Nui masseur, graduated with ISTA level 1 and 2, forest lover (he planted 70 thousand trees). Tomasz draws inspiration from shamanism, deep contact with nature, fascination with theater and wisdom that is constantly passed on to him by his five children.
