This is a dance practice without form, no steps to follow, no choreography... only your intuition, your creativity, and your own story moving through you as you are.
This class is a space to feel, remember, listen, expand, express, release, re-arrange, re-define, transform, and allow the dance to open ourselves to the infinite capacity of Love. It’s a time to connect to yourself, over and over again, gathered in Tribe, moving together.
A 5Rhythms Sweat begins with a gentle warm-up and demonstration followed by an unguided Wave where the music moves you and your body is the teacher.
This Sweat is offered as part of the 5Rhythms Teacher in Training mentorship program. Gloria Glo is mentored by Alessandro Moruzzi.
🤲 𝐎𝐧𝐞 𝐓𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐞
All are welcome. No matter what race, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, abilities and disabilities, shape and size, cultural background, and language. Age: 12+
No experience is needed.

Created by Gabrielle Roth and practiced by tens of thousands worldwide, 5Rhythms® is a philosophy, perspective, performance art and a dynamic movement practice rooted in the principle that if you put the psyche in motion it will heal itself. Movement is both the medicine and the metaphor, reaching across all languages, cultures and age groups to transform suffering into art, art into awareness, and awareness into action.
Wherever the 5Rhythms are practiced, a community is born to dance, to sweat, to change, to support, and to provide a safe space for each of us to shatter the ego’s hold and awaken the juicy, unpredictable, fascinating, edge-walking, rock star part of ourselves that yearns to be free. Creativity. Connection. Community.

• Bring your water bottle and hydrate often
• Wear movement-friendly clothing, layers work the best
• The space is drug-free, substance-free, scent-free, and judgment-free
• Please share the space respectfully
• The dance floor is a non-verbal space
• Phones on silent and not allowed on the dance floor.
• Please do not attend if you feel unwell
• Barefoot or indoor shoes only

"As long as I can remember, I have been dancing; but It wasn’t until I found 5Rhythms, that I truly understood why I needed to dance. After dancing my first wave in 2013, I embarked on the most profound, expansive, and transformative journey through the many layers that this practice offers. Dance has become a vehicle for healing, freedom, liberation, and ecstasy.
My 5Rhythms practice has opened my body, mind, spirit, and awareness into the manifestation of Mandalic Visionary Art, and the creation of a Retreat Center in the heart of the jungle of Belize, where I host regular Immersions and Retreats.
