O clasă de 5Rhythms® cu ghidaj ușor, facilitată de Dana Costea, sub mentoratul lui Tammy Burstein.
Emerging Waves este un spațiu facilitat de un profesor 5Rhythms® în formare. În această clasă ești invitat(ă) să te miști prin cele 5 Ritmuri cu ghidare simplă, lăsând loc exprimării tale personale.
Muzica îți devine profesor, alături de profesorul în formare, susținând practica ta de mișcare prin harta Waves: Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical și Stillness.
Înrădăcinată în învățăturile lui Gabrielle Roth, practica 5Rhythms® este urmată de zeci de mii de oameni din întreaga lume. Este o meditație în mișcare, o cale creativă și o filosofie bazată pe credința că atunci când ne mișcăm, ne vindecăm. Mișcarea devine atât medicament, cât și metaforă - deschizând spațiul pentru introspecție și prezență în corp.
Această practică este deschisă pentru orice tip de corp, orice cultură, orice vârstă și orice nivel de experiență. Oriunde se dansează 5Rhythms se creează o comunitate, una care se mișcă împreună, transpiră împreună, crește împreună și susține libertatea și autenticitatea fiecăruia. Aici ne întâlnim cu noi înșine și unii cu alții cu curiozitate, blândețe și curajul de a fi autentici.

Clasa va cumula 2 ore pentru cei care sunt pe cale să se certifice ca și profesori 5Rhythms®.

- pentru 4 persoane care plătesc împreună pentru aceeasi clasă= 300 RON.
Prețul creste cu 20% pentru plata după 19 august (sau în preziua sau ziua clasei). Detalii în formularul de înscriere.
Preț redus pentru seniori peste 60 de ani, studenți, șomeri, mame singure, freelanceri în primii ani de activitate = 60 RON.

Emerging Waves A 5Rhythms® lightly guided class offered by Dana Costea mentored by Tammy Burstein.
Emerging Waves is a space held by a 5Rhythms® Teacher in Training. In this 5Rhythms class, you are invited to move through the 5Rhythms with simple guidance, giving space for your personal expression.
Music becomes the teacher alongside the Teacher in Training, supporting your movement practice through the Waves map of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness.
Rooted in the teachings of Gabrielle Roth, 5Rhythms® is practiced by tens of thousands of people around the world. It is a movement meditation, a creative path, and a philosophy grounded in the belief that when we move, we heal. Movement becomes both medicine and metaphor—opening space for personal insight, and embodied presence.
This practice welcomes every body, every culture, every age, and every level of experience. Wherever the 5Rhythms are danced, a community forms—one that moves together, sweats together, grows together, and supports one another’s freedom and authenticity.
Here we meet ourselves and each other with curiosity, kindness, and the courage to be real.
Creativity. Connection. Community.
The class will count as 2 hours of waves level dance experience towards the 5Rhythms teacher training.
