Een licht begeleide 5Ritmes®-les, aangeboden door Ina- Maria Freitas en ondersteund door Ray Diaz.
Emerging Waves® wordt aangeboden door een 5Ritmes-docent in opleiding. In deze les word je uitgenodigd om door de 5Ritmes te dansen met eenvoudige begeleiding, waarbij ruimte ontstaat voor jouw persoonlijke expressie. Naast de docent in opleiding wordt de muziek de leraar en ondersteunt je dans door de Wave®, met de ritmes Vloeiend, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrisch en Stilte.
De lessen en inspiratie van Gabrielle Roth vormen de basis van deze beoefening. De 5Ritmes worden door tienduizenden mensen over de hele wereld beoefend. Het is een bewegingsmeditatie, een creatief pad en een filosofie die is gebaseerd op het geloof dat wanneer we bewegen, we helen. Beweging is zowel medicijn als metafoor – het opent ruimte voor persoonlijke inzichten en belichaamde aanwezigheid.
Deze dansvorm verwelkomt ieder lichaam, elke cultuur, elke leeftijd en elk ervaringsniveau. Waar 5Ritmes wordt gedanst, ontstaat een gemeenschap – één die samen beweegt, samen zweet, samen groeit en elkaars vrijheid en authenticiteit ondersteunt. Hier ontmoeten we onszelf en elkaar met nieuwsgierigheid, vriendelijkheid en de moed om echt te zijn.

A 5Rhythms® lightly guided class offered by Ina-Maria Freitas mentored by Ray Diaz.
Emerging Waves is a space held by a 5Rhythms® Teacher in Training. In this 5Rhythms class, you are invited to move through the 5Rhythms with simple guidance, giving space for your personal expression. Music becomes the teacher alongside the Teacher in Training, supporting your movement practice through the Waves map of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness.
Rooted in the teachings of Gabrielle Roth, 5Rhythms® is practiced by tens of thousands of people around the world. It is a movement meditation, a creative path, and a philosophy grounded in the
belief that when we move, we heal. Movement becomes both medicine and metaphor—opening space for personal insight, and embodied presence.
This practice welcomes every body, every culture, every age, and every level of experience. Wherever the 5Rhythms are danced, a community forms—one that moves together , sweats together , grows together , and supports one another’s freedom and authenticity. Here we meet ourselves and each other with curiosity, kindness, and the courage to be real.
