5Q Leadership Summit 2026

Theme: Activating the Church by Unlocking the Fullness of Jesus in Every Believer

Join the 5Q Team and 5Q Champions for a two-day immersive Community of Practice, where we explore how the APEST (apostle, prophet, evangelist, shepherd, teacher) callings from Ephesians 4:11-12 can unlock the fullness of Jesus in every believer. This Summit will focus on how churches, teams, and organizations can cultivate a culture where every person is activated in their calling—leading to deeper discipleship, shared leadership, and a renewed missional movement.

Together, we will ask:

• How can we move beyond passive church participation to full engagement in the mission of God?
• What are the barriers keeping believers from living into the fullness of Christ?
• How do we build teams that embody all five APEST capacities for spiritual maturity and impact?

Through guided training, collaborative discussions, and real-world application, we will uncover the practical pathways for awakening the Church and equipping every believer to step fully into their God-given calling.

This event is designed for individuals and teams who want to integrate APEST into their leadership, discipleship, and organizational structures—whether in churches, non-profits, or the marketplace.
