Dear Runner

Join in for the On-ground event of Run&Ride2Fit : 4th Edition of 5k Unity Run scheduled to be on 29th October 2023. This RUN is for the Unity of India on birth anniversary of the ironman OF INDIA - Sardar Patel. 5 KM - a fantastic distance for novice runners to conquer & equally good for the experienced runners to gauge your pace for the short distance.

Once registration is confirmed the fee is non-refundable

Please save the confirmation email received after registration as a reference for future communications.

Please note without BIB, you will not be able to participate in the event.

Entry Cancellation: Requests for cancellation & transfer will not be accepted and thereby, a refund will not be entertained. IF THE EVENT IS CANCELLED DUE TO ANY UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND THE CONTROL OF THE ORGANIZERS THE REGISTRATION FEE PAID BY YOU FOR PARTICIPATION WILL BE ADJUSTED TOWARDS YOUR PARTICIPATION ON A NEW DATE. IN THE EVENT OF YOU BEING UNABLE TO PARTICIPATE ON THE NEW DATE YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND. 

The right to participate in the event and the rights and benefits available to the applicant under this application form is at the sole discretion of the Event Organizing team and cannot be transferred to any other person under any circumstances, and the applicant alone shall be entitled to the rights and benefits arising hereunder.

Please bear in mind that all events venues and timings are subject to change.

The rules listed are subject to change at the discretion of the Event Heads and the Organizing Committee.

I am voluntarily participating at Run&Ride2Fit Event with complete knowledge of the associated risks, and I agree to accept responsibility for all risks of injury. By signing this Waiver and Release, I declare that I am medically able, properly trained, physically fit and capable of participating in a race, and that my medical care provider has approved my participation. I agree to independently consult my physician in the event of any injuries or medical questions arising from or related to my participation in the Run&Ride2Fit Event. I also acknowledge full and sole responsibility for my own medical expenses and that I am responsible for any and all medical expenses on my behalf. In consideration for being permitted to participate in the Run&Ride2Fit Event. I agree to assume all risks and to release and hold harmless to the Run&Ride2Fit Event Team. I understand and agree that this Waiver and Release is binding upon our heirs, assigns, and legal representatives. I hereby grant my consent and permission to Run&Ride2Fit Event, its Partner organizations, and employees to use any and all information submitted in my application, and/or my name, photograph, videotape, motion picture recording, voice or likeness for any purpose, including pre-race and post-race publicity.
