F3 is a Free peer-led workout group for all men in the OKC Metro. We make each other better with bootcamps, runs and rucks, 7 days a week, rain or shine. Come join us.
On Fridays we meet in the parking lot in front of the MAC building for a 5K Ruck, sometimes we mix it up. Bring a Ruck or Weight Vest if you have one.
