5k Royal Docks run with East End Road Runners

Join local running club East End Road Runners for a fun and friendly 5k run along the Royal Docks.
As part of the At the Docks festival and the London Festival of Architecture, our qualified run leaders will take you on a running tour of the docks. Sights will include Excel exhibition centre, City Hall, Millenium Mills and the Royal Docks' Grade II listed cranes.
With a range of groups at different paces, no-one will be left behind. However, please note this is a run, not a walk, so you should be able to comfortably run 5k in around 38 minutes.
Toilets and post-run refreshments will be available at the Good Hotel.
Meet at 8:15am ready for an 8:30am departure for our run.
