Join us for our annual 5k walk. Music, fun, kids-zone, pet-zone, survivor lane, dancing, bubbles, dancing, and MORE! We kick off at 7:30 am and the walkers take off from the start line at 9am. The annual Heart Walk has always been a great way to get the Tarrant County community moving while socializing with friends, family and co-workers leading up to and on the day of event. But it's so much more than a walk. Walking in the Fort Worth 5k Heart Walk boosts your heart health AND mental health while helping millions of others at the same time.
Bold moves, and dedicated researchers and volunteers, have resulted in significant medical advancements over the last 100 years. With bold hearts, we forge ahead into the organization's second century, and YOU can be a supporter of critical research. Be a community energizer. Be a champion, Be a lifesaver. You are all of these things because you are a walker, and this relentless pursuit will continue until heart disease and stroke no longer exist.
