Hey Gratefuls,
I debated doing a 5K this month because of schedules and the weather, but we started this commitment and we’re going to finish strong. Our 12th and final 5K of the year is happening, and we’re keeping it simple with a walk at Tucker Road Park.
Whether you’re closing out a new fitness journey, beginning again, or you just want to move your body, join us.
And if you’re not in this area, we always encourage you to get in a 5K wherever you are. Grab your friends or family and walk in your neighborhood or at a local park.
A 5K is only 3.2 miles, and it’s a beautiful way to stay active and spend meaningful time with people you care about.
Let’s finish the year with intention.
