We will meet at the start of wheeling walking trail in ELM GROVE ( located next to wheeling skate park/uncle Pete’s) and run half the distance and turn around, and run back. The trail is flat, with pretty wooded scenery. We will warm up for about 3-5 minutes and then begin our run. We welcome all paces 🩷 Hope to see you there! 😉😊🩷
