Fitness helps one stay focused on the Wealth Building Journey. I used to run on average 4 races a year. A few years ago, after completing Broad street run and training during Ramadan, I moved up to 9 races a year.
JOIN us on the fitness journey with a 5K or 10K ! 5K is a great starting distance because 5K is just over 3.1 miles. In general, 15 minutes of walking is 1mile. 3.1 miles should take about an 47 minutes when one is walking. I plan on running the 10K at this event In sha Allah. The running season is coming up!
