About this Event
Hosted by the African American Student Union at Harvard Business School, the H. Naylor Fitzhugh Conference is a premier annual gathering dedicated to insightful discourse, meaningful networking, and connection with industry leaders.
Our 2025 conference theme is “Forward by Design: Defining Our Future.” At a time when efforts to advance equity are under attack and the history and contributions of Black people are increasingly threatened, this theme underscores the power of moving forward with intention, both as a community and as leaders. In a system not built for us, how do we define success on our own terms and create the opportunities needed to achieve it?
Don’t miss this opportunity to connect, reflect, and celebrate Black excellence across multiple panels and keynotes.
Ticket includes light breakfast and a networking lunch.
