51st Annual CDM Home Tour (March 2025)

Corona del Mar Middle and High School PTA is pleased to announce the 51st Annual Home Tour on Friday, March 7, 2025.

This year’s theme, “At Home with Nature,” explores the impact of our natural environment on our community and our homes. While our gorgeous beach community provides an incredible backdrop, homes embrace nature’s elements by bringing the outdoors inside to create a setting of relaxation and well-being.

We invite you to enjoy spectacular homes in our Corona del Mar and Newport Beach neighborhoods. Experience memorable architecture, current design trends, inspirational decorating ideas, beautiful gardens, intriguing student spotlights, and most importantly, a reminder of the joy our community inspires.

Thank you to our countless parent volunteers, generous homeowners, and community business supporters who continue to demonstrate their dedication year after year. Their support has allowed us to bring many programs to the students at CDM Middle and High School while also joining our community together for this special one-day event.

Cyber Monday Special (12/2/24 only!) - $93 plus ticketing fees, PLUS one Neighborhood Recognition Ad (a $175 value!)

Early Bird (12/3/24 to 12/31/24) - $98 plus ticketing fees

General Admission (after 12/31/24) - $125 plus ticketing fees

All tickets include the following:

• Admission to all homes
• One copy of the 2025 CDM Home Tour Magazine
• Light-bites Morning Reception at Newport Beach Civic Center
• Luncheon at Newport Beach Civic Center
• Admission to the After Party

Upon purchase of your event ticket, you will receive your ticket via email within 1 hour.

All sales are final. No refunds.

8:00am - 10:00am -- Light-bites Morning Reception

8:00am - 2:00pm -- Boutique at Newport Beach Civic Center

10:00am - 4:00pm -- Homes Open for Viewing

11:00am - 1:30pm -- Luncheon at Newport Beach Civic Center

3:00pm - 6:00pm -- After-Party

Home locations are released 72 hours before the event. All homes will be in the Corona del Mar and Newport Beach areas.

• No bags or handbags of any size.
• No high heels.
• No pets.
• No smoking.
