The Eastown Community Association is excited to announce the 50th Annual Eastown Streetfair will be taking place on Saturday, September 16, 2023 from 9am to 10pm onWealthy Street (between Giddings and Lake Dr.), Ethel Street (between Wealthy and Sigsbee
Street), and the HUB Lot (between Wealthy and Lake Dr.) in the heart of the Eastown Business
District.
We are thrilled to be celebrating 50 years of the Eastown Community!
The Eastown Community Association and the Eastown Business Association invites the Grand
Rapids community to spend the day perusing over 100 vendor booths and non-profit organizations,
Food Booths (including some of the best BBQ around), and a fantastic entertainment line-up
performing on the main stage at Wealthy and Giddings.
Vendors will be on the street from 9am to 8pm with the music line-up going past 9pm!
This year’s line-up includes: Selkie (Irish/World Music), Low Phase (Alternative Rock), Valentiger
(Pop Punk), Potatoe Babies, Asamu Johnson (Blues and Funk), Jes Kramer (Indie Synth Pop), Big
Timmy & the Heavy Chevys (Ska), Cabildo (Latin Ska Punk), and Hip Hops 50 th Anniversary set!
Performance times and additional performers will be announced on the Eastown Community
Association Facebook page.
Additionally, there is a Beer Tent featuring Short’s Brewing Company, Starcut Ciders, and more.
All are welcome! This event is free and open to the public. Sponsorships and more information are
