Croppers can arrive on Thursday at 12 pm and scrapbook nonstop through Sunday but everyone must be out of room by Sunday at 2 pm
4 DAY RETREAT: This price includes your crop fee and Hotel room!!!

Double $375.00 (BEST VALUE!!!) Room has 2-Queen beds, microwave, and a refrigerator. This rate is based on min. of 2 people staying in the room (NO DISCOUNT FOR ADDING MORE TO YOUR ROOM, JUST A WHOLE LOT MORE FUN!!!!! You must sign up with a friend or let me know that you are willing to room with anyone needing a roommate if there is someone.
Local scrappers can attend to crop only for $185.00 (Limited seats available)

The cost includes hotel accommodations, 6’ table workspace, door prizes, onsite vendors, ice/water will be set up in the crop room, Keurig available (bring your own K-cups), Breakfast available every morning in the Hotel Lobby, WiFi, goodie bags, a chance to win the GRAND PRIZE.

Hotel Room check-in is 3 pm. The Marriot 1036 Woodruff Rd. Greenville, SC
Crop room check-in on Thursday is 12 pm.
Hotel has an indoor pool and a gym!

Leather jackets, capris, scarves, bobby socks
Coke Floats at 9 pm
Saturday – "Drive-In Movie Night"🎬🚗🍿
Ideas: Favorite 50s-inspired outfits
Fun Contest: Best Retro Outfit at 8 pm
Sunday – "Goodbye Cruisin'"🚘🌴
Wear: Palmetto Scrappers shirts (Orders will be taken closer to retreat)

You will have full access to the crop room from Thursday-Sunday, the last person in the room will shut it down. Cameras are located at the door in the foyer, so everything is always being watched! Each scrapper/crafter will get your own 6’ table to work on. (I ask that you respect the space of others and plan to use stackable shelves and build up on your table instead of around you on the floor) You are welcome to bring your own office chair but it CANNOT be oversized and in the way! Bring extension cords. Restrooms are located in the crop area, easy loading and unloading at the crop room door.
Hotel is located near many restaurants, Target, Hobby Lobby, Michael's, and much more. Great location! Consider time of the day, the traffic can be terrible!
Each person will receive a check in gift. Door prizes all weekend, onsite shopping and vendors will be offering classes for an additional cost.
Meals are NOT included- Everyone is welcome to bring snacks to share. The hotel does serve FREE breakfast!
**Ways to earn extra tickets for the GRAND PRIZE**
Decorate your workspace (tickets will be given out Friday afternoon at 5 pm)
Refer someone that has never attended my crop before- they must attend
Participate in the Theme nights
Vendors will be onsite available to help you explore new techniques and products! Classes will be offered Friday and Saturday at an additional cost, signups will be posted later.

REFUND POLICY
Because retreat expenses such as hotel rooms, meeting space, meals, supplies, deposits, and other commitments have to be paid and guaranteed well in advance, all retreat registrations are non-refundable.
To be fair and consistent with everyone who attends Palmetto Scrappers retreats, NO REFUNDS will be given under any circumstances, regardless of the reason for cancellation or inability to attend. This policy applies equally to every guest and allows me to make the necessary commitments and preparations for the retreat.
If something unexpected prevents you from attending, you are welcome to transfer your registration to another person if you are able to find someone to take your spot, subject to any applicable registration requirements. However, the original registration payment will not be refunded by Palmetto Scrappers.
I truly appreciate your understanding and respect for this policy. My goal is always to make each retreat a wonderful experience for everyone, and having a consistent policy helps me do that. ❤️
