This is a thorough Yin Yoga Course, sharing my love, passion, knowledge and understanding of all things Yin.
The course will be taught over 3 modules, and 1 short morning module. Dates are as follows:
20th/21st January 2023
24th/25th February 2023
24th/25th March 2023
Saturday, 21st/22nd April (Includes Graduation Brunch 11am - 1pm)
Friday Nights 6-8pm
Saturdays - 8am - 5pm
During this course, we will cover the following:
The History & Philosophy of Yin Yoga
Pranayama using traditional Yoga Technique's & introducing Qi Gong Practices.
The full range of Yin Yoga Asanas with variations, including the '7 Archetype Poses' and counter poses.
Anatomy, focusing on bone structures, joints, fascia and energetic pathways - the meridians.

The Art of Yin Sequencing
To Prop or not to prop
How to Prop effectively
and also including Yin Yoga Adjustment Workshops.
If you are a Yoga Teacher, this will be a wonderful additional 50hrs of Yin Yoga to compliment your teachings. And for those that are yoga students that are Yin curious, join us. This may be the start of something special.
This course will run at the studio. If you are travelling from afar, we have 4 rooms and a two self-contained apartments at the studio. If interested in accommodation, let me know and I'll send you links.
I have trained extensively in Yin Yoga, 350hrs with Clare Gates Sjoblom and thanks to our Covid situation, both Bernie Clark & Paul Grilley, along with a further 500hrs in Seasonal Yoga, Mindful Movement, Aerial Yoga, Children's Yoga, Yoga Philosophy and Anatomy - Read more under our 'Teachers' Page.
